Delivery will be made to the address specified by during the order process. Shipping prices are dependent on total weight of your order and will be displayed clearly on the website. Please note we only deliver to the Island of Ireland (both Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland). Deliveries will be made on behalf of Ireland's Raw Kitchen by our third party logistic provider. All accepted orders placed on a working day (Monday to Friday) before 12pm (midday) will be picked and set for dispatch on the same working day. In most cases these orders will arrive on the next business day. All orders placed after the cut off time of 12pm on a working day, will be picked and dispatched the next working day. These orders will arrive on the next business day. Orders placed anytime on a non-working day (Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays) will be picked and set for dispatch on next working day to arrive with you the following day. Please note some remote regions of Ireland will operate on a two day delivery service, for a list of these remote regions please contact us. Whilst we make every effort to deliver your goods at the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so due to circumstances beyond our control. Goods must be signed for and received by a person 18 years of age or older. If the nominated place of delivery is unattended at the time delivery is attempted, the delivery person will leave a calling card with the driver’s phone number on it. It is your responsibility to call the driver and agree a time to re-arrange delivery. There will be no charge incurred for a second attempted delivery. If there are subsequent delivery attempts after the second attempt is not successful the customer will incur an additional delivery charge. Returns In the unfortunate case of products being faulty or damaged in transit, we will offer you the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any delivery costs incurred. Goods can be returned by post. 
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return a non-perishable item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. Please contact us on 087-9080126. You will be required to return the goods, unopened and as new with a copy of your original invoice, via An Post. On receipt we will issue a refund. Unfortunately in these circumstances you will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods. Your statutory rights are not affected |
